RETURNS POLICY

​

  • Goods delivered damaged or faulty can be replaced (If in stock) or fully refunded at our cost. 

  • Goods delivered damaged must be reported within 2 days of delivery. Please contact us as soon as using our contact details on the bottom of the main web page 

  • It may be required to have some photos/images of the product and packaging delivered damaged.

  • Any faulty item or part please get in touch so it can be sorted ASAP.

  • All returns will be fully inspected for any fault mentioned. â€‹

  • Product can be returned within 30 days of receipt.

  • Unwanted, No longer needed returning goods must be in the condition it was delivered unsealed, unopened and complete with all accessories and packaging.

  • Returning Goods not fit for the purpose as per consumer act, must be in new condition, unused and complete with all accessories and packing.  

  • No return will be accepted with out having a RMA issued by us.

  • Postage and packing cost is none refundable unless faulty. 

  • Any product becomes faulty please contact us and we will be happy to assist in the best possible way to resolve the issue.

DELIVERY

DELIVERY

Delivery is free to UK Main Land areas, Same day dispatch if an order and clear payment received by 14:00 for next day delivery. (Delivery some time get delayed by the carrier but we will dispatch with the valid tracking provided as promised above).

Please contact us if ordering from Scottish highland and Northern Ireland to get more clarity on the delivery for these destinations. (No premium delivery services to these destinations).
